A simplified pension consists of two main parts:

  1. Permanent, which is appointed regardless of salary, length of service and other conditions. The fixed part is formed from 6% of insurance contributions from wages and is paid to all recipients of labor pensions. Its size is established by law and is indexed annually.   2. The variable part, which is of a calculated nature. In a simplified form, it looks like the product of accumulated pension points and their value. It turns out that the only indicator affecting the size of the pension that a future pensioner can influence is the value of the individual pension coefficient.

But there are limitations here too:

Agree, the situation when employees receive an official salary in an amount equal to the minimum wage is by no means uncommon. Paying less is a violation of the Labor Code.
