Registration procedure
The registration procedure depends on which insurer the citizen was with before transferring to NPF RGS:

In this case, the procedure will be regulated by Part 4 of Art. 36.4. Federal Law No. 75:

At the moment, there is the following procedure for accreditation of non-state PFs.
First, applicants submit a formalized application for accreditation, as well as the necessary documentation package to assess their readiness to undergo this procedure.
