Loan rates for pensioners
- "Just a loan." Issued in the amount of 30,000, 40,000, 50,000 rubles. The loan term is 1 year. The interest rate is determined individually, the maximum amount is 34.5%.
- "Preferential". Credit limit up to 200,000 rubles. Duration from 1 year to 3 years. The maximum annual rate is 29.5%.
- "Preferential special." Available to pensioners who receive a pension from Pochta Bank. Credit limit up to 200,000 rubles. Duration from 1 year to 3 years. The maximum annual rate is 24.9%.
The loan can be repaid early or partially. For early repayment, you must write an application at least seven days before the monthly payment date. After the transaction is approved, the client will be informed of the final amount, taking into account the recalculated interest. There are no penalties for repayment. The announced total amount must be paid before the specified deadline.
If you deposit less than the designated amount, it will be counted as a partial repayment. The loan term remains the same, only the monthly payment amount changes. When closing a loan, you must request a certificate of no debt.
It is practically impossible to return the insurance if it is repaid early. If the insurance company refuses, you can appeal to the court.

What is the point: the borrower pays the installments on time throughout the entire loan term, and the bank recalculates the loan rate to 16.9% per annum.
Overpaid interest is returned to the client. The presence of at least one delay will cancel the service.
Filling out an application
You should go to the catalog on the State Services website and select “Pension” from the list. Then click on the “Establishing a pension” label. The user will be given information about what type of pension to choose at the State Services.
After reading the information, the citizen should click on the “Get service” link. The standard application form for receiving a pension will be displayed. Each field must be filled in with the required information.
To fill out the application you will need the following information:
- Information about the status of a person applying to the pension authority. You should choose between the categories “citizen” and “applicant”. The representative can be the mother of the child for whom a pension will be issued due to the loss of a breadwinner. - Personal data of the citizen: his full name, phone number, date and year of birth.
- Passport data. This information will be filled in automatically, because it was entered at the stage of personal identification. Now it’s enough to simply check the correctness of the entered data.
- Country of residence and registration address.
- The place where a person actually resides. Two functions are available: you can specify that it coincides with the place of registration, or enter a different address.
- In the “citizenship” line, you should indicate the Russian Federation and note if the person has dual citizenship.
- Next, you need to submit a number of additional information about the applicant. It is indicated if he has dependents. If any are present, then you will need to show statements confirming this fact.
- Information about current employment.
- You must then choose whether the applicant receives a work-related pension in certain areas. A list of areas will be provided below.
- The citizen’s consent to recalculate his pension if it is lower than the minimum wage established in the person’s region of residence.
